Second color variation to go along with
[link]

I did make one using dusty pink/heather as the two-tone colors and that was going to be the second piece within this larger 6-card set but I have to say that that was too sicky-sweet for me and I found myself gravitating more towards this color combo of "pumpkin/latte" (orange and chocolatey brown). I think this color variation stands on its own yet plays off the greens in the other card nicely.

The card is 4 /12" by 4". The circles are hung by thread and aside from what you see in the picture they are otherwise seamless to the eye (i.e., when you open the card you don't see thread taped to the back of the card).

I'm still thinking of what my third color variation will be and how exactly I'm going to package these little suckers as a set. And I need to come up with a proper name for this line. Colors, packaging, name...much to think about!

I love this version. That colored paper is beautiful with the off white of the card and I love that you changed the orientation of the texture of the circles.

I also agree that the green and orange work well together.

Cool - thanks!

And I'm glad that you noticed the orientation of the texture of the circles being different. I liked giving a sense of randomness to a piece that's otherwise so orderly.

Now I'm on to completing the set and am actually wondering if I'll add a third color variation to the mix. Unless I can find a color combo that really sits well with me I may just leave it at these two. To be continued.
